You would have to wait four more years to register it legally, I would say $4,500 tops, because it would have to sit for a while, at least if you want to bring it out of Oregon.

I live in Oregon, so it would be fine for me. It's still WAY too much for a kei car. In fact there are only two Hondas that I would pay more than $10K for, the S2000 and NSX.

honestly, I don't think it's that crack pipe of a price given the difficulty (if even possible at all) most of us would encounter trying to get one of these street legal in the USA.
that said, there are much better ways for someone to spend $12.5k on car(s).

There are tons of small oddball cars. England crushes a lot of cars every year though
History they respect buildings and land cars..not so much
